Fork type electrically controlled hydraulic steering gear
This series steering gear adopts electro-hydraulic directional control valve for control and is equipped with two AC motor pump units which can be used interchangeably and switched discretionarily; the rudder pushing mechanism is reciprocating plunger type, with a simple structure, stable torque characteristics and easy maintenance; it has single rudder, twin rudders arrangement (of which the 550kN.m, 630kN.m rudder pushing mechanism is twin-fork-type). The products comply with GB/T7185 standards and have passed Products Type Approval of China CCS Classification Society while it is applicable to all types of vessels on inland river non-rapid flow leg, river and oceans.
